Problem 1: Lift Tidak Bergerak (No Response)

Symptoms:

• Tombol call/floor tidak merespon
• Tidak ada indikator atau lighting di panel
• Lift completely dead

Possible Causes & Solutions:

1. Power Failure

Check: MCB/circuit breaker di electrical panel

Fix: Reset MCB jika trip. Jika trip berulang, ada short circuit → Call technician

2. Emergency Stop Button Activated

Check: Emergency stop button di COP (Car Operating Panel) atau LOP (Landing Operating Panel)

Fix: Twist atau pull button untuk release (tergantung jenis button)

3. Door Interlock Issue

Check: Semua door (car door dan landing door) properly closed

Fix: Manual close door yang tidak sempurna tertutup. Check apakah ada obstruction di door track

4. Phase Failure (Three-Phase Power)

Check: Phase failure indicator di controller (jika ada)

Fix: Check incoming power supply, ensure semua 3 phase normal. Call electrician jika phase loss di building level

Problem 2: Door Tidak Menutup/Membuka

3. Safety Circuit Open

Symptoms:

• Alphanumeric code di display panel
